My Los Angeles Rolfing Experience

This site is really for anyone who can benefit from Rolfing, or benefit from the articles posted about my experience with Rolfing in Los Angeles.

People who have never even heard of Rolfing will definitely be able to get an idea of what rolfing is and how it is different than chiropractic and massage work.

Also, if you specifically live in Los Angeles, Hollywood, Venice, Santa Monica, or Beverly Hills (plus tons of other cities that I am way to tired to type), it will give you an idea of my first hand experience with Rolfing from Al Fielder (aka The Man!).

Finally, people who have experienced Rolfing in any capacity can use this blog as a forum through the comments section. Whether through the 10 series in Los Angeles or a single session in Brazil (that’s right Rolfing is global baby) – we can benefit through shared experiences.

We might even have some guess writers from time to time. Ha time to time means that as more of my friends are signing up for Rolfing I am sure they will be begging to share their experiences and lessons learned.

Also, be sure to ask tons of questions in the comment section of each post. I will do my best to answer all your Rolfing questions and if I don’t know them I can ask Al the next time I see him and can answer them the following day.

Ok, I am off to see a movie, oh and for anyone who thinks bodywork is expensive… compare it to the cost of seeing a movie in Los Angeles. Between the tickets, parking, popcorn and a soda, it’s almost the same price as a Rolfing session (and Al doesn’t force you to watch coming attractions before he begins a session!)
